Oasis Announce New Reissue of (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, Share “Acquiesce (Unplugged)”: Listen

Oasis have announced a 30th-anniversary reissue of their second album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, appended with five unplugged recordings. One of them, “Acquiesce,” is out now; check it out below, along with updated cover artwork from original sleeve designer Brian Cannon. Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho produced and mixed the unplugged versions, which also include “Cast No Shadow,” “Morning Glory,” “Wonderwall,” and “Champagne Supernova.” The reissue is out October 3, via Big Brother Recordings, in 3xLP, 2xCD, and digital formats.

“Acquiesce” originally appeared on the B-side of 1995 single “Some Might Say.” It was later compiled with other B-sides on The Masterplan. Oasis kick off their reunion tour in Cardiff, Wales, this Friday, July 4, with a documentary crew in tow.
