On Monday, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/grateful-dead\/\" id=\"auto-tag_grateful-dead\" data-tag=\"grateful-dead\">Grateful Dead<\/a> founding member shared his endorsement of the Harris-Walz ticket \u2014 and a Grateful Dead-inspired T-shirt depicting Democratic presidential nominee and Vice President Kamala Harris and her VP running mate Tim Walz as part of the logo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cYou can see your place in the world as something to defend from those who might want to take some or all of it from you \u2014 or you can see it as a grand adventure, a place to make dreams come to fruition for yourself and for others,\u201d Weir wrote. \u201cThere is, of course, an in-between place \u2014 but the more you lean toward the grand adventure side, the clearer the choice becomes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cMore good comes from focusing on building a world where disparities aren\u2019t so pronounced that they cause friction and reducing the inequalities that create barriers,\u201d he added. \u201cWith these things in mind, I\u2019ve done my research and come to the clear conclusion that I\u2019ll be voting for @KamalaHarris and @TimWalz this time around.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tWeir\u2019s post about Harris-Walz follows a lengthy list of celebrities and musicians who have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-lists\/all-the-artists-who-have-shown-up-in-support-of-kamala-harris-1235086003\/\">voiced their support <\/a>for the Democratic candidate for president. Just this weekend, Latin musicians Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Ricky Martin were among the stars to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/jennifer-lopez-ricky-martin-kamala-harris-endorsement-puerto-rico-1235144561\/\">support Harris<\/a> for president.
