Modest Mouse<\/a> have announced the inaugural Psychic Salamander Festival<\/a>, a two-day music festival at Remlinger Farms in Carnation, Washington. It\u2019s set to take place on Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14, and will feature double headlining sets from Isaac Brock and his band, alongside performances from Built to Spill<\/a>, Sleater-Kinney<\/a>, and Flaming Lips<\/a>, who will perform their 1999 album The Soft Bulletin<\/em> in full at their Sunday show.
