Legendary R&B singer Eric Ben\u00e9t has just shared the star studded tracklist for his upcoming album \u201cThe Co-Star\u201d. <\/p>\n
The project builds on what he started with on his \u201cDuets\u201d EP last year<\/a>, featuring an iconic female artist on each song. <\/p>\n This is the first new album from Ben\u00e9t since he released his self titled album back in 2016.<\/a><\/p>\n On the new project, Ben\u00e9t positions himself as the \u201cco-star\u201d to a cast of high-caliber duet partners, this time across 13 tracks. To evoke a blend of both old and new sounds, the forthcoming album features collaborations with some of the R&B\u2019s most iconic and distinct female voices, as well as rising stars. <\/p>\n Among those voices is Ari Lennox, Alex Isley, India.Arie, Judith Hill, Goapele, Melanie Fiona, Jordin Sparks \u2013 and even tapping in fresh-voiced newcomers like Autumn Paige. Also joining him are even more notable names from his recent chart-topping EP, like Chant\u00e9 Moore, Tamar Braxton, Ledisi, LaTocha, and Corinne Bailey Rae.<\/p>\n Included on \u201cThe Co-Star\u201d is the single \u201cCan\u2019t Wait\u201d featuring Keri Hilson<\/a> which came out earlier this month.
