Farmer Jay Woods chose Grace Clark<\/a> at the end of Farmer Wants a Wife<\/a>,<\/em> but sadly, their relationship wouldn\u2019t last long.<\/p>\n Once filming stopped, they spent a little time here and there together, but the couple living in two different states prohibited their relationship from progressing.<\/p>\n \u201cFor me and Grace, what you see on TV,\u201d Woods begins.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s like that perfect football team\u00a0\u2014 you have all these recruits and five-star players, but when they go out and play the first game, it doesn\u2019t work out that way.\u201d<\/p>\n Once they were off-screen, their chemistry just didn\u2019t click. However, Woods wishes Clark the best and hopes she does find love.<\/p>\n Although he didn\u2019t end up meeting \u201cthe one\u201d on the show, he doesn\u2019t regret going on.<\/p>\n \u201cThe friendships and the bonds that you build on this show with the guys and some of the producers,\u201d Woods shares.<\/p>\n \u201cEven with some of the ladies, those are experiences you take with you the rest of your life. I was there to try and find my wife; obviously it didn\u2019t work out, but I think it opened up a lot more doors for me to find that person as well.\u201d<\/p>\n During his interview with Taste of Country, we asked the cattle rancher if there was a new lady in his life. He didn\u2019t say yes, but he also didn\u2019t say no.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s pretty complicated,\u201d Woods says with a smile.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m just taking it one day at a time.
