\n\tKanye West<\/a> is facing new allegations of sexual assault in an amended lawsuit<\/a> filed by his former assistant.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn June 2024, Lauren Pisciotta \u2014 who worked as West\u2019s assistant from 2021 to 2023 \u2014 sued the rapper<\/a>, claiming sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Soon after the lawsuit was filed, lawyers for West called the accusations \u201cbaseless\u201d<\/a> and accused Pisciotta of \u201cblackmail and extortion.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThis week, over a year after the initial lawsuit, Pisciotta filed an amended lawsuit that included new accusations of stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, and false imprisonment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYe subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused,\u201d the lawsuit obtained by Page Six<\/a> claims.<\/p>\n

\n\tAmong the allegations in Pisciotta\u2019s amended lawsuit are that \u201con one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers\u201d and that West \u201corally raped her without her consent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe lawsuit also accuses West of forcibly kissing Pisciotta, grabbing her by the throat, and offering \u201csomeone the opportunity to have sex with\u201d Pisciotta \u201cin exchange for allowing Ye to have sex with\u201d that person\u2019s significant other.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis isn\u2019t the first time Pisciotta has amended her lawsuit: Four months after its initial filing, she added an allegation that West drugged and sexually assaulted her at a Sean Combs studio session.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
