Deftones<\/a> are coming back with their first studio album in nearly five years: Private Music<\/em><\/a> arrives August 22 (via Reprise\/Warner<\/a>). Its lead single, \u201cMy Mind Is a Mountain<\/a>,\u201d is out now, and you can listen to it below.<\/p>\n

Private Music<\/em> follows Deftones\u2019 2020 full-length, Ohms<\/em><\/a>, and is the band\u2019s 10th studio album. Deftones co-produced and recorded it in California and Nashville with producer Nick Raskulinecz, who also worked with them on 2010\u2019s Diamond Eyes<\/em> and 2012\u2019s Koi No Yokan<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Beginning in August, Deftones will get back on the road for the second leg of their 2025 North American tour<\/a>. Support on the tour comes from Phantogram, Idles, and the Barbarians of California. Deftones will also play a pair of shows with System of a Down in Toronto in September. See Deftones\u2019 tour dates below.<\/p>\n
