\n\tThe FIFA<\/a> Club World Cup final between Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain commenced on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and the halftime included a surprise performance by Coldplay<\/a>, along with sets from the previously announced international lineup of Doja Cat<\/a> (representing North America), Tems<\/a> (representing Africa), and J Balvin<\/a> (representing South America).<\/p>\n \n\tThe 15-minute set took place on a stage crafted by halftime presenters Global Citizen and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin<\/a>. It opened with J Balvin delivering \u201cMi Gente,\u201d which he performed with a bevy of backing drummers and dancers. Tems followed with \u201cLove Me JeJe,\u201d appearing solo before several dancers joined her. J Balvin then returned to deliver \u201cReggaeton.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tFor Doja Cat\u2019s performance of \u201cWoman,\u201d she and her dancers took advantage of the multi-platform stage. Coldplay closed out the halftime festivities with their unannounced set. Joined by Australian singer-songwriter Emmanuel Kelly, he and Martin duetted \u201cA Sky Full of Stars.\u201d Balvin, Tems, and Doja Cat, along with the dancers, joined them onstage for Coldplay\u2019s uplifting finale. \u201cI\u2019m so happy that we are all here together,\u201d Kelly said to the audience\u2019s cheers to close out the halftime event.<\/p>\n
