\n\tBeyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u2018s holiday season Netflix special, Beyonc\u00e9 Bowl, <\/a><\/em>just scored another touchdown. The NFL 2024 Christmas Day Halftime Show performance, which the musician co-directed with Alex Rudzinski, has been nominated for Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special and Outstanding Variety Special (Live) at the 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe two nod marks Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s first at the awards show since Homecoming: A Film by Beyonc\u00e9<\/em> racked up four nominations in 2019. It also opens the door for her first potential Primetime Emmy win.<\/p>\n

\n\tBeyonc\u00e9 Bowl <\/em>is nominated in the Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special category alongside Kendrick Lamar\u2019s Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show<\/a>, The Oscars, SNL 50: The Anniversary Special, SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert, and the 77th Annual Tony Awards. For Outstanding Variety Special (Live), the special will face off with the same competitors. <\/p>\n

\n\tBeyonc\u00e9 Bowl<\/em> choreographers Tyrik Patterson, Charm La\u2019Donna, Christopher Grant, and Parris Goebel are nominated for Outstanding Choreography for Variety or Reality Programming for their work on the special. Their nod specifically highlights routines from Cowboy Carter<\/a><\/em> tracks \u201cSweet Honey Buckiin\u2019,\u201d and \u201cTexas Hold \u2018Em,\u201d as well as the one-off single \u201cMy House.\u201d La\u2019Donna is also nominated for choreographing \u201cHumble\u201d and \u201cNot Like Us\u201d for Lamar\u2019s halftime show.<\/p>\n

\n\tBeyonc\u00e9 received her first Emmy Award nomination in 2013 in the Outstanding Short-Format Live-Action Entertainment Program category for her Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show. Her visual album Lemon<\/em>ade received nods for Outstanding Variety, Music, or Comedy Special and Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special.
