Ronnie Dunn<\/a> is poking fun at himself after fans caught him using a lyric cheat sheet during a surprise performance with Morgan Wallen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Brooks & Dunn<\/a> joined Wallen onstage during his Miami stop on the I’m the Problem Tour<\/em> to sing \u201cWhiskey Glasses.\u201d<\/p>\n

The crowd went wild \u2014 but some eagle-eyed fans noticed Dunn had a little help: a printed page of lyrics in hand.<\/p>\n

Videos surfaced on TikTok<\/a> showing the country legend glancing down during the performance.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh no no no \u2014 not Brooks & Dunn reading the lines to \u2018Whiskey Glasses,\u2019\u201d one concertgoer joked in a viral clip.<\/p>\n

Rather than shy away, Dunn leaned in. He posted a video to Instagram recapping the night, proudly showing off the lyric sheet taped to a piece of paper.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m about to sing a Morgan Wallen song that I don\u2019t know,\u201d he says in the clip. \u201cBut look at this \u2014 if I can read it, we\u2019ll be OK.\u201d<\/p>\n

The text onscreen jokingly reads \u201cRonnie = dyslexic,\u201d and in the caption, Dunn dubs the moment “Papergate.”<\/p>\n

\u201cHell, I\u2019m still learnin\u2019 \u2018Neon Moon.\u2019 Love \u2018Whiskey Glasses’ \u2026 be patient \u2026 RD,\u201d the caption reads.<\/p>\n

Fans weren\u2019t just forgiving \u2014 they were cheering him on. \u201cYou\u2019re a legend. Sing the alphabet if you want,\u201d one person commented.<\/p>\n

\u201cDoesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re holding a phone book, we\u2019re still screaming,\u201d another wrote.<\/p>\n

Dunn’s Redemption<\/h3>\n

Luckily, Dunn will have more chances to lock in the lyrics.<\/p>\n

Brooks & Dunn are set to open for Wallen during his upcoming tour stops in Arizona, Washington, California, and Canada.<\/p>\n
