River Rose.<\/p>\n The adorable duet is just the latest highlight<\/a> from Clarkson\u2019s anything-but-ordinary Vegas run.<\/p>\n Earlier this month, the 43-year-old hit pause mid-set to fan herself and cracked a joke about entering menopause:<\/p>\n I\u2019m not gonna lie, I have these like pasties things underneath<\/a>.
