\n\tAs promised<\/a>, Tyler, the Creator released his new album Don\u2019t Tap the Glass<\/em> on Monday morning, just days after the rapper revealed his surprise follow-up to 2024\u2019s Chromakopia<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tThe 10-track LP, out via Columbia Records, is the rapper\u2019s ninth album. It clocks in at 28 minutes and 30 seconds, with no special guests noted on the track list. Tyler, the Creator wrote<\/a> on X that the music is \u201cMADE FOR BODY MOVEMENT. FULL VOLUME.\u201d Listen here<\/a>. <\/p>\n \n\tDuring his show in Brooklyn on July 18, Tyler shouted out the album title and outside his concert at Barclays Center there was a massive\u00a0figure enclosed<\/a>\u00a0in a clear box that read \u201cDon\u2019t Tap the Glass.\u201d Tyler confirmed<\/a> the album and its impending July 21 arrival (as well as a preorder page<\/a>) on social media soon after.<\/p>\n \n\tA few days prior, the rapper hinted that something would be heading to fans next week, with Tyler sharing images on Instagram of a Louis Vuitton bag, a mannequin\u2019s head, and a trumpet player in a band uniform all labeled with the date July 21. Last month,\u00a0Doechii\u00a0and Tyler previewed their new Pharrell-produced track \u201cGet Right<\/a>\u201d during Louis Vuitton\u2019s fashion show in Paris. It\u2019s unclear if the collaboration will appear on\u00a0Don\u2019t Tap the Glass<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tDon\u2019t Tap the Glass\u00a0<\/em>is set to be Tyler\u2019s ninth album following\u00a0last year\u2019s\u00a0Chromakopia<\/em>, which arrived just nine months ago in October 2024.
