As teased<\/a>, Tyler, the Creator<\/a> has released a new album. The 10-song Don\u2019t Tap the Glass<\/em> follows last October\u2019s Chromakopia<\/em><\/a> and was previewed only with a handful of posts teasing its release date of Monday, July 21. Listen to the album below.<\/p>\n Tyler, the Creator\u2019s rollouts for his albums have generally been pretty short, but Don\u2019t Tap the Glass<\/em> arrives with the least notice yet. Here\u2019s a brief history, excluding the fairly<\/a> traditionally<\/a> promoted Goblin<\/em><\/a> and Wolf<\/em><\/a>: Tyler announced<\/a> Cherry Bomb<\/em><\/a> just a handful of days before its release, but fans got a bit more time<\/a> (15 days) before he dropped Flower Boy<\/em><\/a>. He trimmed that down to 11 days<\/a> for Igor<\/em><\/a>, but only eight days separated the announcement<\/a> and release<\/a> of Call Me If You Get Lost<\/em><\/a>. For Chromakopia<\/em>, Tyler once again let 11 days pass between announcement<\/a> and the album\u2019s release<\/a>. Even with the short rollouts, Tyler always made sure to release pre-album singles, but that was not the case for Don\u2019t Tap the Glass<\/em>.<\/p>\n Tyler remains on tour<\/a> in support of Chromakopia<\/em>. He still has shows left to play in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines.
