\n\tA billboard seems to have appeared above Sunset Boulevard on Monday, alluding to a reissue of Stevie Nicks<\/a> and Lindsey Buckingham<\/a>\u2018s 1973 album, Buckingham Nicks <\/em>\u2014 their sole record as a duo before they joined Fleetwood Mac the year after (and the rest was history).<\/p>\n \n\tSocial media posts shared images of the billboard with the album\u2019s cover, which features both Nicks and Buckingham topless, alongside their names, the LP title, and the date Sept. 19. The advertisement is not too far away from Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, where the 10-track album was recorded. Buckingham Nicks <\/em>would eventually lead to Mick Fleetwood asking the couple to join his band, but since its release, it has not been reissued for over five decades. <\/p>\n \n\tBoth Nicks and Buckingham hinted at the upcoming project last week, sharing coordinating lines from \u201cFrozen Love,\u201d which appears on their pre-Fleetwood Mac album, on social media. In an Instagram post, Nicks wrote, \u201cAnd if you go forward\u2026,\u201d while Buckingham added, \u201cI\u2019ll meet you there\u201d \u2014 creating the first line of the song\u2019s chorus. <\/p>\n \n\tThe billboard on Monday comes as a surprise, as the pair have been publicly feuding since Buckingham was fired from the band in 2018. Following his exit, the guitarist underwent open-heart surgery, with subsequent\u00a0vocal cord damage<\/a>. Meanwhile, Nicks and the rest of Fleetwood Mac\u00a0went on to tour<\/a>\u00a0with Mike Campbell, the former guitarist of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and Crowded House\u2019s Neil Finn as new members.<\/p>\n
