Sharpe will not return to the sports broadcasting giant after he settled a lawsuit with a former girlfriend who accused him of rape, allegations which he denied.<\/p>\n
The Philadelphia rapper is among those to weigh in on Sharpe\u2019s departure with him commenting: \u201cYall too old to be getting fired fr.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sharpe himself has yet to comment on ESPN or the lawsuit settlement.<\/p>\n
Meek has also been teasing dropping some new music soon.<\/p>\n
Responding to reports that he is the fifth most streamed rapper on YouTube, Meek wrote on social media: \u201cAnd I\u2019m about to drop a heavy load!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n
He also thanked fans for continuing to listen to him: \u201cShout out to everyone playing my music in their content! Everything aligning right! Make sure you use my new and old music. I own all the new but I still promo the old music because it laid the ground for me!\u201d<\/p>\n
