\n\tDead and Company<\/a> continued their Grateful Dead<\/a> 60th anniversary celebration<\/a> Saturday at San Francisco\u2019s Golden Gate Park, this time bringing out Sturgill Simpson<\/a> for a rendition of \u201cMorning Dew.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSimpson, who \u2014 after established himself as a torchbeare<\/a>r<\/a> of the Dead\u2019s jam aesthetic<\/a> during his recent tours \u2014 served as opener for the second GD 60 show, led the group through \u201cMorning Dew,\u201d and traded solos with John Mayer over the track\u2019s 12-minute runtime.<\/p>\n
