(Well, kinda.) On Thursday, the musician released the video for his <a href=\"https:\/\/au.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ed-sheeran-new-album-play-new-single-old-phone-76183\/\">new single<\/a> \u201cA Little More,\u201d and it reconnects Sheeran\u2019s fans with a character he introduced in the <em>+<\/em> music video.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn the original video, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/tv-movies\/tv-movie-features\/rupert-grint-knock-at-the-cabin-interview-1234668054\/\">Rupert Grint <\/a>(yes, Ron Weasley from <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/product-recommendations\/lifestyle\/harry-potter-audible-audiobook-buy-online-1235400698\/\">Harry Potter<\/a><\/em>) played a Sheeran superfan with a serious, unhealthy obsession \u2014 sneaking onstage during a show, hopping into Sheeran\u2019s tour bus, and even chewing his gum. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tBut in \u201cA Little More,\u201d the Emil Nava-directed video picks up with Grint\u2019s character returning to his childhood home after serving time behind bars for stalking, only to find his room still plastered with Sheeran posters and merch. The video wraps with a ridiculous post-credits scene from the wedding reception, featuring Sheeran in a full wedding dress, totally committed to the waltz choreography. (And Sheeran teases a new track from his upcoming album.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cA Little More\u201d is the follow-up single to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ed-sheeran-sapphire-single-play-1235357435\/\">Sapphire<\/a>,\u201d which features him singing with Arijit Singh in Hindi and Punjabi, and \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ed-sheeran-azizam-single-play-1235310617\/\">Azizam<\/a>.\u201d Sheeran even updated his Spotify page to a photo of Rupert Grint to continue the stalker fantasy. \u201cA Little More\u201d precedes his album <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/ed-sheeran-new-album-play-new-single-old-phone-1235329329\/\">Play<\/a><\/em>, which drops Sept. 12.
