Kelly Clarkson<\/a> will resume her talk show next month.<\/p>\n One day after the singer’s ex-husband died, multiple outlets\u00a0are sharing that\u00a0The<\/em>\u00a0Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em> will stay on track for a September premiere.<\/p>\n Related<\/strong><\/em>:\u00a0See Which Country Hit Was Inspired\u00a0by Kelly Clarkson’s Ex-Husband<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n In\u00a0revealing<\/a> that her ex-husband was sick, Clarkson shared that she would be taking some time away from her career to be near her children.\u00a0Blackstock died one day\u00a0after this announcement, and\u00a0the 43-year-old has not issued any sort of statement since.<\/p>\n While\u00a0Clarkson\u00a0announced a departure from her Las Vegas residency at that time, she said nothing about her daytime TV show.<\/p>\n Questions about if the show would return<\/a> at all came as far back as spring as insiders noted how little time remained on her contract, and that she’d missed 10 shows in March and April.<\/p>\n While the future of the show after 2026 is unknown, TMZ<\/a> is sharing that\u00a0The<\/em>\u00a0Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em> will return to television in September.<\/p>\n The exact date is not clear. She’s launched\u00a0most seasons on a Monday, with mid-to-late September a popular choice (Season 6 began on Sept. 23, 2024).<\/p>\n Brandon Blackstock, 48, died after battling melanoma for three years. He kept his diagnosis a secret, and Clarkson did, too.<\/p>\n “Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family,” a statement from Starstruck Entertainment reads.<\/p>\n In addition to managing Clarkson, Blackstock \u2014 son of Reba McEntire’s ex-husband Narvel Blackstock \u2014 worked with Blake Shelton<\/a>, Rascal Flatts<\/a> and Carly Pearce<\/a>.<\/p>\n The singer has dealt with serious medical conditions since 2006.
