Second of all, does this mean new music?<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tWelch posted a cryptic video of herself in a red dress in heels digging a hole in the ground with a dagger, before taking deep breaths and yelling into it three times as if she were escaping a killer in a horror film. Aside from comments like \u201cGirl, same,\u201d many Florence + the Machine fans speculated that the post may be teasing the arrival of new music from the group.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIf new music is truly on the way, it\u2019ll be the first release from the group since 2022\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/florence-the-machines-dance-fever-is-an-ecstatic-prayer-for-post-pandemic-redemption-1350661\/\"><em>Dance Fever<\/em>,<\/a> which marked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/florence-and-the-machine\/\" id=\"auto-tag_florence-and-the-machine\" data-tag=\"florence-and-the-machine\">Florence and the Machine<\/a>\u2018s fifth LP. That project was postponed by two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The album featured songs such as \u201cKing,\u201d \u201cMy Love,\u201d and Free,\u201d and earned a \u201cComplete Edition\u201d the following year.
