\n\tSince releasing her debut album last year, Ella Langley<\/a> and her spunky New Traditionalist country have left their mark on Nashville. But the rocket ship may have been moving too fast: On Instagram on Monday, Langley, who took home five trophies at this spring\u2019s Academy of Country Music Awards, announced she is taking a break and canceling all of her August dates, including two shows this weekend opening for Morgan Wallen in Cleveland. (Gavin Adcock will sub for Langley at the Wallen dates.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019ve been fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever,\u201d Langley wrote. \u201cAfter a lot of thought I\u2019ve made the hard decision to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health \u2014 mind, body and heart\u2026 Sometimes we have to listen when our bodies and hearts are telling us to slow down.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSince the release of her debut album Hungover<\/em>, Langley has been working full throttle, with the accolades to show for it. She was the most nominated artist at the 60th ACM awards, where she was up for Single of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year. She took home those two and three more, including Music Event of the Year for her \u201cYou Look Like You Love Me\u201d duet with Riley Green. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn an interview just after the ceremony, Langley said she was combatting stress. \u201cI won\u2019t lie, this last week has been probably one of the toughest mental health weeks I\u2019ve had in a long time,\u201d she told The Scotty Kay Show<\/em> in Chicago in May. \u201cWhich is crazy, because so many good things are happening. So many things I\u2019ve prayed for and dreamed about.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTalking about mental health, Langley added, \u201cIt\u2019s just the disease of my family, really. I think it\u2019s important to talk about it and to share that just because I might seem like I\u2019m on the top of the mountain right now, it doesn\u2019t look like that all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLangley ended her post on Monday with a quote from the Book of Matthew: \u201cCome to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.\u201d A rep for Langley did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2018s request for further comment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
