Linda Hogan is remembering her late ex-husband, Hulk Hogan<\/a>, on what would have been his 72nd birthday.<\/p>\n On Monday (Aug. 11), the former TV personality shared a heartfelt tribute<\/a> on social media, posting a throwback photo of herself and Hulk (real name Terry Bollea).<\/p>\n \u201cMe and Hulkster .. 1981 Happy Birthday Terry,\u201d Linda captioned the sweet post.<\/p>\n She added, \u201cI love and miss you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n The emotional tribute comes just two weeks after the wrestling legend passed away<\/a> on July 24 at his home in Clearwater, Florida.<\/p>\n Read More:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Hulk Hogan\u2019s Mansion in Florida Is Spectacular! See Inside<\/a><\/p>\n Hulk died from an acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack.<\/p>\n According to medical records, the former pro wrestler had a history of leukemia and atrial fibrillation<\/a>, a condition that causes irregular heartbeats.<\/p>\n Linda and Hulk were married in 1983 and shared two adult children: Brooke, 37<\/a>, and Nick, 35.<\/p>\n The family starred in the hit reality series Hogan Knows Best<\/em> before Linda and Hulk separated in 2007. They finalized their divorce in 2009.<\/p>\n Despite their fractured relationship, Linda expressed her sadness over Hulk’s passing in an emotional Instagram post on July 28.<\/p>\n “I had no idea he would pass away this soon<\/a>,” she wrote. “We all really thought he would make a comeback! Big surprise. We are all devastated. It\u2019s hitting me so hard.”<\/p>\n Speaking candidly, Linda reflected on the pain of their past and her enduring feelings.<\/p>\n “I loved Hulkster more than he loved me,” she admitted. “It hurt when he cheated. But he was sooo famous. I sort of [understood] but it was crushing. It hurt. I never got over him<\/a> or started a real relationship with anyone… I missed HIM! I\u2019ve been weeping all day. The finality. It\u2019s just shocking.”<\/p>\n Linda added, “It\u2019s so hard to know he\u2019s just gone. I tried to stay strong for Nick \u2026 but I\u2019m melting down now. It\u2019s very sad.
