Militarie Gun<\/a> have announced their sophomore studio album: God Save the Gun<\/em><\/a> is out October 17 via Loma Vista<\/a>. Leading the 14-track LP is \u201cB A D I D E A<\/a>.\u201d Watch the single\u2019s new music video, directed by bandleader Ian Shelton, below.<\/p>\n \u201cI wanted to make a video that was a celebration of vices, a new iteration of yourself looking back at a moment you made a mistake while never truly reflecting,\u201d Ian Shelton explained. \u201cThis was the most technically challenging video we\u2019ve ever done and it only fits a song spelling out the words \u2018bad idea.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Militarie Gun\u2014a Los Angeles punk band featuring vocalist and primary songwriter Ian Shelton, guitarists William Acu\u00f1a and Kevin Kiley, bassist Waylon Trim, and drummer David Stalsworth\u2014released their debut, Life Under the Gun<\/em><\/a>, in 2023.
