Priscilla Presley is facing explosive new legal allegations from two former business partners who claim she withdrew medical care from her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley<\/a>, in the hours before her death.<\/p>\n A new lawsuit paints a picture of a bitter dispute over money, control, and Elvis Presley<\/a>\u2019s legacy \u2014 with Lisa Marie\u2019s final moments now at the center of a $50 million legal battle.<\/p>\n In a lawsuit filed Monday (Aug. 11) in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko accuse the 80-year-old of \u201cpulling the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted\u201d to the hospital in January 2023.<\/p>\n Lisa Marie \u2014 the only child of Priscilla and Elvis Presley \u2014 died<\/a> after suffering a cardiac arrest at the age of 54.<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Woman Pleads Guilty to Mail Fraud in a Plot to \u2018Steal\u2019 Graceland<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n According to court documents obtained\u00a0by\u00a0Us<\/em><\/a><\/span>\u00a0Weekly<\/a><\/em>, the plaintiffs allege Priscilla ignored Lisa\u2019s \u201cclear directive to \u2018prolong her life\u2019\u201d as part of an effort to \u201cregain control\u201d of Elvis\u2019 lucrative estate.<\/p>\n They claim she knew Lisa was preparing to remove her as sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust.<\/p>\n Kruse and Fialko also say Priscilla pushed Kruse to \u201cissue a statement to the media\u201d immediately after Lisa\u2019s death to \u201ccontrol the narrative.\u201d<\/p>\n They\u2019re seeking more than $50 million in damages, accusing her of fraud, breach of contract, and launching a smear campaign that included false accusations of elder abuse.<\/p>\n Priscilla\u2019s attorney, Martin D.
