Jordan Davis<\/a> got really candid in a recent interview\u00a0with\u00a0Taste of Country Nights<\/em><\/a>, admitting he loses sleep at night, wondering if he’s doing enough as a father.<\/p>\n “You know, I think that you’re always kind of in the thought of, ‘Am I doing enough? Am I here enough?'” Davis explains, adding:<\/p>\n “That can keep you up and make you lose some sleep.”<\/p>\n Davis and his wife, Kristen, just welcomed their\u00a0fourth child<\/a> into the world.<\/p>\n The singer reveals he’s not only losing sleep over wondering if he is doing enough as a dad,\u00a0but also because the baby keeps waking up in the middle of the night, and when he’s home, he’s on duty for all of the little ones.<\/p>\n Baby Sadie arrived on July 2, evening up the score. The Davises now have two boys \u2014\u00a0Elijah Patrick, 2 and Locklan Joseph, 3 \u2014 and two girls, newborn Sadie and big sister Eloise, 5.<\/p>\n “The camera keeps going off and\u00a0a kid’s screaming for more water, or ‘I lost a toy,’ or something like that,”\u00a0the “Bar None” singer\u00a0says, drawing a picture of nights in their home.<\/p>\n You might assume that after having three kids under his belt already, that the\u00a0fourth would be a breeze, but that doesn’t seem to be the case right now.<\/p>\n Davis\u00a0further relates\u00a0that “the provider role we have as dads and fathers” can be stressful and keep a man up at night.\u00a0Likely adding to that stress is some anxiety, as he just released his third studio album, called\u00a0Learn\u00a0the\u00a0Hard Way,\u00a0<\/em>on Friday (Aug.\u00a015).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Davis has his own\u00a0big shoes to fill with this project, as his last album, Bluebird Days,\u00a0<\/em>produced four straight No. 1 hits.<\/p>\n Davis is thirty-seven years old. He was born on\u00a0March 30, 1988, making him an Aries.<\/p>\n Davis\u00a0begins\u00a0his Ain’t Enough Road Tour<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0Sept. 11. It’s short, but enough to keep food on the table \u2014 it goes to\u00a0Oct. 25.<\/p>\n The singer has dealt with serious medical conditions since 2006.
