Nipsey Hussle<\/a> is set to have a metro station in Los Angeles named after him.<\/p>\n In honor of what would have been the rapper\u2019s 40th birthday, Los Angeles Metro are renaming Hyde Park station after the Compton native until the end of August.<\/p>\n Nipsey was involved in the revitalization of the area near to the station.<\/p>\n Furthermore, the city are also releasing two TAP cards that celebrate the late rapper with 12,000 cards available across the city which feature Nipsey.<\/p>\n Nipsey Hussle\u2018s brother Blacc Sam previously said a posthumous album from the late rapper<\/a> would be arriving this summer.<\/p>\n Appearing on Power 106\u2019s Brown Bag Morning Show back in February, Sam revealed the LP will be a joint project with Bino Rideaux and that it was recorded before Nipsey was killed in 2019.<\/p>\n \u201cIf Hussle didn\u2019t actually do the verse or work with the person or put together the blueprint for the project, we not doing it,\u201d Sam said. \u201cHe did something with Bino and there\u2019s a new project that we\u2019re about to release. This was a project that he had with Bino that was pretty much like 80% finished.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cSo the team kind of came in, got some unreleased verses and music that he had done with Bino and just tightened it up. It sounds amazing. It should be coming out around this summer. The team is real excited. We just finished going over all the stuff for the last three weeks with everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n
