The BBC said it will “confirm” new broadcast details for Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home<\/em> soon<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \n\tThe BBC has postponed<\/a> the premiere of a new documentary about the final years<\/a> of Ozzy Osbourne\u2019s life<\/a> just hours ahead of its scheduled premiere on Monday evening, Aug. 18. <\/p>\n \n\tNo reason for the postponement was given, nor was it clear when (or if) Ozzy Osbourne<\/a>: Coming Home<\/em> would air. A BBC<\/a> spokesperson told Rolling Stone<\/em>: \u201cThe film has moved in the schedules and we\u2019ll confirm new tx [transmission] details in due course.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tReps for the production company behind the film, Expectation, did not immediately return a request for comment regarding the doc\u2019s postponement. Nor did a rep for the Osbourne family.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tComing Home <\/em>was filmed over the past three years. The project was initially announced in 2022 as a series called Home to Roost<\/em>, which was set to follow the Osbourne family as they realized a long-held dream to move back to England. But the nature of the doc evolved as Osbourne\u2019s health deteriorated<\/a>. The metal legend spent the last few years of his life battling Parkinson\u2019s disease, as well as injuries he sustained from a late-night fall in 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n
