MTV has announced the first round of performers for the 2025 Video Music Awards<\/a>. Taking part in the show are: Alex Warren, Busta Rhymes, J Balvin, DJ Snake, Ricky Martin, Sabrina Carpenter<\/a>, and Sombr. The 2025 VMAs take place on Sunday, September 7, at UBS Arena, in Elmont, New York.<\/p>\n

At the 2025 VMAs, Ricky Martin will receive the first-ever Latin Icon Award. In addition, Busta Rhymes will get the MTV VMA Rock the Bells Visionary Award. Hosting the show is LL Cool J.<\/p>\n

Sabrina Carpenter made her VMAs debut<\/a> last year. At the 2025 ceremony, she is nominated<\/a> for Video of the Year and more for \u201cManchild<\/a>.\u201d She\u2019ll release a new album, Man\u2019s Best Friend<\/em><\/a>, on August 29<\/p>\n
