\n\tEarl Sweatshirt<\/a> dropped a new album, Live Laugh Love<\/a><\/em>, after teasing it to fans throughout the week. The LP features 10 tracks, including \u201cGamma (Need the Love),\u201d which references the late Dave Trugoy of De La Soul, and single \u201cTourmaline,\u201d which reflects on Sweatshirt\u2019s role as a father. <\/p>\n \n\tThe rapper explained that the LP began as a tongue-in-cheek critique of the irony in the titular phrase, but quickly developed into something more genuine. \u201cI named it before I wrote it,\u201d he said in a statement. \u201cAnd then everything started clicking.\u201d\u00a0Sweatshirt explained of his creative process, \u201cConstrictions breed creativity. There are rules to reality. It reminds me of If\u00e1\u2014how spirits operate within that system. I need rules.
