With just over a month left before 9-1-1: Nashville<\/a><\/em> premieres on ABC, fans are already salivating over the stellar cast, which features quite a few familiar faces.<\/p>\n With\u00a0longstanding television standouts\u00a0and Music City favorites, the show is\u00a0poised to draw in a\u00a0committed audience.<\/p>\n Showrunners\u00a0brought the series to Texas with a 9-1-1: Lonestar<\/a><\/em> spinoff starring Rob Lowe and Angela Bassett, but after five seasons, it was canceled by FOX.<\/p>\n A new spinoff set in Nashville<\/a> was announced in Feb. 2025, with Ryan Murphy and company at the helm once again.<\/p>\n The new installment will attempt to latch onto the spotlight that is currently on country music as a whole by plopping the new show right in the heart of the genre.<\/p>\n They’ve even enlisted the help of\u00a0several well-known country singers to help generate some buzz.<\/p>\n Shortly after the series was announced, news broke that LeAnn Rimes<\/a> and Kimberly Williams-Paisley<\/a> had joined the cast<\/a>.
