The official cause of death for longtime American Idol<\/em><\/a> music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas DeLuca, has been confirmed.<\/p>\n According to death certificates obtained by People<\/em><\/a>, Kaye and DeLuca, both 70, died of multiple gunshot wounds inside their Encino, Calif., home on July 10.<\/p>\n DeLuca died within seconds of being shot, while Kaye, a music composer, lived only a few minutes after sustaining her injuries.
