Taylor Swift<\/a>‘s love story is unfolding right before our eyes. The pop singer announced her engagement to NFL tight end\u00a0Travis Kelce on Tuesday (Aug. 26), sharing proposal photos that could have been plucked from any fairytale.<\/p>\n

While fans have been raving over the news, others can’t seem take their eyes off the massive rock Kelce presented to her.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift’s Engagement Ring Details<\/h3>\n

Per Marie Claire<\/em><\/a>, Swift’s enchanting engagement ring was designed by Kindred Lubeck<\/a> at Artifex Fine.<\/p>\n

According to social media, the New York City-based designer is\u00a0known for “hand-engraved jewelry made with natural and captivating gemstones.”<\/p>\n

Kelce designed it, and it’s likely it has a special engraving. It appears the band has a vintage design woven into it.<\/p>\n

More specific details about the ring have not been revealed, but it’s clearly very large and very expensive. Marie Claire clocked it at upwards of $1M.<\/p>\n

“Taylor Swift’s gorgeous ring is likely a unique cut just for her, but to our eye it looks similar to an elongated modified cushion,” VP of Merchandising of James Allen and Blue Nile, Daniela Tarantino, tells Marie Claire<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“We estimate it’s somewhere between 10-15 carats total, set on a yellow gold band, likely costing between $750,000 and $1,000,000,”<\/p>\n

When Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Getting Married?<\/h3>\n

While fans have just learned of the couple taking their relationship to new heights, it’s unclear when the proposal actually happened. They have been dating since 2023.<\/p>\n

After a failed attempt to meet Swift at her Eras Tour that July, Kelce invited her to a Kansas City Chiefs game, and the two were spotted leaving together. They went public with their relationship in September of that same year.<\/p>\n

Swift and Kelce have not revealed a date\u00a0for their wedding. With their busy professional careers, they will have to find a time when she is not touring and he’s is in the offseason. Swift’s twelfth studio album,\u00a0The Life of a Showgirl,<\/em>\u00a0is expected on Oct. 3.<\/p>\n
