The musician’s long-awaited fifth LP arrives in October<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
\n\tMiguel<\/a> has finally announced his long-awaited fifth album, Caos<\/em>, with the LP set to arrive Oct. 23 \u2014 also the musician\u2019s 40th birthday \u2014 via ByStorm Entertainment\/RCA Records.<\/p>\n \n\tAlong with announcing Caos<\/em>, Miguel soft-released the album\u2019s new single and title-track. The song hasn\u2019t been given a wide release just yet, but Miguel has shared snippets on social media<\/a>, and it\u2019s available to hear in full on his own S1C.LA<\/a> website (in exchange for an email address).\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cTo rebuild, I had to destroy myself. That is the core confrontation of Caos<\/em>,\u201d Miguel said in a statement. \u201cThrough my personal evolution, I learned that transformation is violent. Caos<\/em> is the sonic iteration of me bending that violence into something universally felt.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tMiguel has yet to release the full track list for Caos<\/em>, though along with the title-track, the 12-song album will include \u201cAlways Time,\u201d<\/a> which was released last November. It\u2019s unclear whether other loose singles Miguel has shared over the past few years will be included, such as \u201cNumber 9\u201d with Lil Yachty and \u201cGive It to Me,\u201d both released in 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n
