Bedazzled<\/em> star says she now makes a more conscious effort to spend more time at home after years of work \u2014 she picks her projects carefully to ensure she’s not away for too long.<\/p>\n“I\u2019ve always enjoyed work more than play and have much more fun at work than doing anything social. I\u2019m more relaxed on a film set than anywhere else,” Hurley explains, adding:<\/p>\n
“However, without doubt this has meant that I\u2019ve struggled with a work life balance since I started in the industry so I make a conscious effort now to really enjoy spending more time at home with my family and friends and not just skip from job to job.”<\/p>\n
This\u00a0comes after\u00a0she opened up about her blossoming relationship with Cyrus, admitting the romance “feels nice” because he is so “supportive.”<\/p>\n
She\u00a0tells The Mirror:<\/em>\u00a0“Billy and I have had most of the summer off. “We\u2019ve seen both his daughters [Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus] play in London, which was great. He\u2019s very supportive, and that feels nice.”<\/p>\n“We\u2019ve adopted two tortoises, and I have become something of a bird watcher. We\u2019ve just seen some goshawks. They\u2019re unbelievable,” she furthers. “Very, very rare. There are only 1,000 nesting pairs in the UK. “<\/p>\n
“I have a really interesting life. Wild,” she jokes. “Parties every night.”<\/p>\n
How Did Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley Meet?<\/strong><\/h3>\nCyrus and Hurley met in 2022 while filming the holiday movie Christmas in Paradise<\/em>, a film that also stars Kelsey Grammer. That same year, Cyrus divorced his wife Tish after 28 years of marriage.<\/p>\nIn an appearance on the The <\/em>Ty Bentli Show, <\/em>Cyrus said that he and Hurley didn’t have many scenes together, but that when they were in the same spot, there was “chemistry” between them.<\/p>\n“We just laughed, and it was at a time I wasn’t laughing a lot,” he recounted.<\/p>\n
He says that Hurley texted him as a supportive friend while he was going through his divorce.<\/p>\n
“I felt like, ‘Wow, can life get any harder? Can it get any tougher?’ For me, at a certain point, it was like, you can’t get knocked down any flatter than laying on your back when life is kicking you. And in this moment…a friend reached out,” he recalled.<\/p>\n
