Aerosmith<\/a> singer Steven Tyler<\/a> is expected to join his bandmate Joe Perry<\/a> onstage Wednesday night when the guitarist’s Joe Perry Project opens for the Who<\/a>‘s farewell\u00a0tour stop\u00a0at the Hollywood Bowl.<\/p>\n The Hollywood Reporter<\/em> <\/a>notes that a source close to the tour said Tyler would join Perry for three songs as a special guest.<\/p>\n The pair performed together at last week’s VMAs<\/a> during a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne<\/a>. They were part of an all-star tribute to the late Black Sabbath<\/a> singer, performing Osbourne’s solo hit “Mama I’m Coming Home.”<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/strong> Top 20 Aerosmith Songs<\/a><\/p>\n The alternative rock singer Yungblud joined the pair on backing vocals during the tribute.<\/p>\n Tyler and Perry have rarely played together over the past year, when Aerosmith announced they were retiring from touring<\/a> due to Tyler’s 2023 vocal cord injury<\/a>. The band had to cancel all dates on its Peace Out farewell tour at the time.<\/p>\n The Aerosmith cofounders also got together onstage in May for a benefit<\/a> in San Francisco, playing the band classics “Toys in the Attic,” “Same Old Song and Dance,” “Sweet Emotion,” “Dream On” and “Walk This Way.”<\/p>\n Earlier this week, Aerosmith teased their first new music since 2012’s Music From Another Dimension!<\/em><\/a>\u00a0The new song, titled “My Only Angel<\/a>,” is a collaboration with Yungblud that is available\u00a0as a\u00a0pre-save\u00a0<\/a>now<\/span>.<\/p>\n You can watch the social media clip of the track below.<\/p>\n According to The Hollywood Reporter<\/em>, “My Only Angel” is one of five songs Yungblud recently recorded with Aerosmith.
