\n\tOver a week after Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera<\/a> alleged that the singer Be\u00e9le leaked a sex video<\/a> of the two of them, she has officially filed a lawsuit<\/a> against him. In it, she accuses Be\u00e9le (real name: Brandon de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez Orozco) of invasion of privacy, sexual cyber harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cThe refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Be\u00e9le is the source of the leaks,\u201d reads the lawsuit filed Wednesday and obtained by Rolling Stone<\/em>. (L\u00f3pez Orozco\u2019s attorneys previously denied<\/a> circulating the video, saying he was \u201calso a victim of the nonconsensual exposure of his privacy.\u201d They did not respond to Roling Stone<\/em>\u2018s request for comment on Wednesday.) <\/p>\n \n\tIn the lawsuit, Ladera explains that she and L\u00f3pez Orozco met during a Miami party in December 2023 while he was in the process of divorcing his wife, Camila \u201cCara\u201d Rodriguez. The pair struck up a friendship and later a romantic relationship where they \u201cat Be\u00e9le\u2019s request, would record their sexual interactions,\u201d according to the filing. <\/p>\n \n\tLadera explains that the pair would share the videos privately and that she \u201cnever thought\u201d they\u2019d be shared with anyone else. Ladera claims that she asked the singer to delete the recordings around May 2024, about a year before they broke up. \u201cTo her surprise, he not only refused to erase them, but instead questioned her trust in him,\u201d reads the lawsuit.<\/p>\n \n\tThe following month, in June 2024, Ladera\u2019s attorneys noted that L\u00f3pez Orozco\u2019s estranged wife began sharing private communications between the singer and Ladera \u2014 apparently accessed directly from his phone \u2014 as she attempted to accuse him of infidelity. (The attorneys point this out to suggest that a third party may have had access to the leaked video.)<\/p>\n \n\tLadera and L\u00f3pez Orozco split up in March 2025. Several months later, in June, two people reached out to Ladera, saying they had screenshots from a video that would soon be released publicly, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n
