Milan Records<\/a> has released the soundtrack for A Big Bold Beautiful Journey<\/em><\/a>, a new film starring Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell. The soundtrack includes famed Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi<\/a>\u2019s score for the film, four tracks performed by Laufey<\/a>, and a cover of the Who<\/a>\u2019s Pete Townshend<\/a>\u2019s \u201cLet My Love Open the Door<\/a>,\u201d performed by Mitski<\/a>. Find the Townshend cover and full soundtrack below.<\/p>\n Hisaishi is best known for his work with Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli, most recently collaborating with the director and studio on 2023\u2019s The Boy and the Heron<\/em><\/a>. With A Big Bold Beautiful Journey<\/em>, he \u201cmakes his Hollywood feature scoring debut,\u201d as noted in a press release.<\/p>\n Three of Laufey\u2019s four songs on A Big Bold Beautiful Journey (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)<\/em> are covers, but one, \u201cThe Risk<\/a>,\u201d is an original that was apparently written at the behest of the movie\u2019s director, Kogonada.
