Schwartz, an Israeli-British producer\u00a0who got his start working with electronic music artists in the &#8217;90s, also produced the song.<\/p>\n<p>Although Tyler and Perry have been acting as the public face of Aerosmith lately, appearing in the promotional images for &#8220;My Only Angel&#8221; and <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/aerosmith-ozzy-tribute-video-music-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\">performing with Yungblud<\/a> at the MTV VMAs&#8217; recent <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/ozzy-osbourne\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ozzy Osbourne<\/a> tribute, they&#8217;re not the only band members who performed on the new track.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/aerosmith-yungblud-one-more-time-ep-my-only-angel-1235430294\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rolling Stone<\/a><\/em>, Aerosmith guitarist <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/brad-whitford\" target=\"_blank\">Brad Whitford<\/a> and bassist <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/tom-hamilton\" target=\"_blank\">Tom Hamilton<\/a> also took part in the studio sessions for &#8220;My Only Angel.&#8221; Drummer <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/joey-kramer\/\" target=\"_blank\">Joey Kramer<\/a>, who sat out the band&#8217;s 2022 Las Vegas residency and short-lived\u00a0Peace Out\u00a0farewell tour, was absent from the sessions. Former <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/guns-n-roses\" target=\"_blank\">Guns N&#8217; Roses<\/a> drummer <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/matt-sorum\" target=\"_blank\">Matt Sorum<\/a> played on the song instead.<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s Next for Aerosmith?<\/h3>\n<p>With four-fifths of the original lineup on the track, &#8220;My Only Angel&#8221; marks the\u00a0closest thing to a full Aerosmith reunion since they <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/aerosmith-retires-from-touring\/\" target=\"_blank\">canceled their farewell tour<\/a> and retired from the road last summer\u00a0due to\u00a0a vocal injury Tyler sustained at the beginning of the trek.<\/p>\n<p>Perry has not ruled out a <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/joe-perry-aerosmith-final-show\/\" target=\"_blank\">final Aerosmith show<\/a>.\u00a0&#8220;We&#8217;re talking about it.
