On Friday, the pop star announced \u201cThe Official Release Party of a Showgirl,\u201d a limited-run event to celebrate the new record on the day it\u2019s released, October 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tSwift shared that fans will also get an exclusive first look at the music video for \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d and hear behind-the-scenes commentary about how she made the record.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cI hereby invite you to a *dazzling* soir\u00e9e, The Official Release Party of a Showgirl: Oct 3 \u2013 Oct 5 only in cinemas!\u201d Swift wrote on Instagram, adding that fans will get to watch \u201cnever-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage of how we made it, cut-by-cut explanations of what inspired this music, and the brand new lyric videos from my new album <em>The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tFans will have the opportunity to participate all weekend at AMC Theatres locations across the United States, with first screenings starting simultaneously at 3 p.m. ET\/noon PT on release day.
