\n\tA process server was arrested after allegedly attempting to serve Taylor Swift<\/a> deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldoni<\/a>\u2019s lawyers amid the ongoing legal feu<\/a>d<\/a> <\/a>between Baldoni and Blake Lively<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\tStar<\/a><\/em> was first to report the news, stating that Justin Lee Fisher, 48, was caught on Sept. 15 at Kelce\u2019s gated property in Leawood, Kansas. According to the outlet, incident details were missing from the one-page police report, which allegedly stated, \u201cThis information is restricted as to use and dissemination.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tLocal station KCTV 5 <\/a>reported that the address listed in the report matches the address from which Kansas City Chiefs\u2019 memorabilia had been stolen<\/a> last October (when both Kelce and Patrick Mahomes\u2019 residences were burglarized during a home game). Fisher was reportedly charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and released after posting bond; he is expected to appear in the Leawood Municipal Court on Oct. 15.<\/p>\n \n\tThe arrest<\/a> appears to have occurred just days after a federal judge denied Baldoni\u2019s request to depose Swift<\/a>\u00a0as the\u00a0It Ends With Us<\/em> director prepares for a trial over Lively\u2019s sexual harassment and smear campaign claims against Baldoni.<\/p>\n \n\tU.S. District Judge Lewis Liman\u2019s order arrived after Baldoni\u2019s lawyer, Ellyn S. Garofalo, alleged in a letter to the court that Swift had \u201cagreed\u201d to appear for deposition but was unable to do so before Oct. 20. The letter requested an extension of the Sept. 30 discovery deadline to accommodate the singer\u2019s schedule.<\/p>\n \n\tSwift\u2019s lawyer refuted the claim. \u201cAs counsel for the parties know, since the inception of this matter, we have consistently maintained that my client has no material role in this action,\u201d Swift\u2019s attorney J. Douglas Baldridge said in a letter to the judge. Baldridge made it clear that Swift \u201cdid not agree to a deposition,\u201d but if she was \u201cforced,\u201d she had informed Baldoni\u2019s camp that her schedule was too busy to accommodate it before Oct. 20.<\/p>\n
