{"id":47363,"date":"2025-09-24T07:49:27","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T07:49:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/musicianvoice.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/24\/sean-diddy-combs-sued-by-stylist-who-testified-against-him\/"},"modified":"2025-09-24T07:49:27","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T07:49:27","slug":"sean-diddy-combs-sued-by-stylist-who-testified-against-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/musicianvoice.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/24\/sean-diddy-combs-sued-by-stylist-who-testified-against-him\/","title":{"rendered":"Sean &#8216;Diddy&#8217; Combs Sued by Stylist Who Testified Against Him"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tFour months <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-combs-trial-cassie-deonte-nash-testimony-1235349474\/\">after testifying<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/sean-combs\/\" id=\"auto-tag_sean-combs\" data-tag=\"sean-combs\">Sean Combs<\/a>\u2019 criminal trial in New York, celebrity stylist Deonte Nash has filed a lawsuit alleging that the music mogul trapped him in a \u201cdark world\u201d of repeated sexual battery, physical assault, stalking, and threats that turned his childhood dream of working in the entertainment industry into \u201ca nightmare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn a complaint filed Wednesday in Los Angeles, Nash claims Combs pinched his nipples, groped his buttocks, grinded on his groin, and once forced his hand onto Combs\u2019 penis while Nash worked for Combs and his former girlfriend, Casandra \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/cassie\/\" id=\"auto-tag_cassie\" data-tag=\"cassie\">Cassie<\/a>\u201d Ventura between 2008 and 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tEchoing his testimony from the third week of Combs\u2019 New York trial, Nash says Combs also subjected him to violent physical assaults. He claims Combs became enraged and \u201cseverely strangled\u201d him in 2013 when he tried to stop Combs from beating Ventura bloody inside her apartment. Nash says when he tried to call the police, Combs intervened, causing him to \u201cimminently fear for his life.\u201d In another incident in 2013 or 2014, Combs allegedly drove to a set where Ventura was filming a music video and attacked Nash again, fuming over his discovery that Nash and Ventura had gone out to dinner the night before. Combs \u201cthrew [Nash] up onto the car and violently strangled him,\u201d the lawsuit says. (In his testimony, Nash told jurors he was smoking a cigarette when Combs appeared out of nowhere and \u201cstarted choking me out.\u201d)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tNash claims threats, intimidation, and \u201cpsychological manipulation\u201d were pervasive during his tenure as well. He says once in 2014, Combs grabbed and slapped him in the back of his head as a frightened Ventura tried to escape another \u201coutburst\u201d by climbing out a window. He says Combs and a driver then chased him on a freeway, pursuing him at nearly 100 mph, leaving him \u201cterrified.\u201d He alleges Combs \u201cbragged about violently retaliating against people that had turned against him,\u201d and that Combs\u2019 employees \u201cknew\u201d their boss had \u201cguns and weapons around.\u201d<\/p>\n<section class=\"brands-most-popular \/\/ editors-pick-module lrv-u-margin-tb-2 lrv-u-border-a-2 u-box-shadow-5-5 lrv-u-padding-lr-1 a-span1 u-padding-b-1@tablet u-overflow-hidden\">\n<h2 id=\"section-heading\" class=\"c-heading larva  lrv-u-text-align-center u-border-color-black a-font-theme-primary-xxs lrv-u-color-black lrv-u-text-transform-uppercase u-letter-spacing-0063 lrv-u-padding-t-050 u-padding-b-0375@tablet lrv-u-padding-b-050@mobile-max lrv-u-border-b-2\">\n<p>\t\tEditor\u2019s picks<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cAfter enduring years of abuse, I finally found the courage during the criminal trial, and I am now ready to take action,\u201d Nash said in a statement shared with <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>. \u201cSean Combs has never taken accountability for the years of harm he inflicted on me and so many others. Today, I am free from the confinement his abuse imposed, and I have reclaimed my voice. It is time for the world to confront the truth about the horrific abuse I endured and the lasting impact of Mr. Combs\u2019 actions on my life. His abuse has consistently affected every part of my life, from my personal well-being to my career, and the damage cannot be ignored. I am reclaiming my story and demanding the justice I deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tAttempts to reach a spokesperson for Combs were not immediately successful early Wednesday. He and his lawyers previously denied the range of allegations in an onslaught of lawsuits, saying, \u201cMr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone \u2014 man or woman, adult or minor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tNash says in the new lawsuit that he was too afraid to step forward before he was \u201cforced\u201d to testify at Combs\u2019 trial through a subpoena. During <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-trial-rico-destroyed-evidence-alleged-rape-1235351732\/\">two days of testimony<\/a>, the fashion stylist walked jurors through the dramatic incident at Ventura\u2019s apartment in 2013. He said Combs went on a rampage as Nash was helping Ventura pack for a trip. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/cassie-sean-diddy-combs-hotel-attack-testimony-trial-1235338987\/\">In her own testimony<\/a>, Ventura said Combs berated her for sleeping too long and hurled her into the corner of her bedframe, causing a\u00a0\u201cpretty significant gash\u201d near her eyebrow that bled profusely and required stitches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tNash testified that Combs was so out of control that day, he jumped on the Bad Boy Entertainment founder\u2019s back to stop him. \u201cHe threw me off,\u201d Nash testified. \u201c[He] continued to hit Cassie until her head hit the edge of the bed frame. \u2026 When he noticed the blood, he just panicked.\u201d<\/p>\n<section class=\"brands-most-popular \/\/ recirculation-modules lrv-u-margin-tb-2 lrv-u-border-a-2 u-box-shadow-5-5 lrv-u-padding-lr-1 a-span1 u-padding-b-1@tablet u-overflow-hidden\">\n<h2 id=\"section-heading\" class=\"c-heading larva  lrv-u-text-align-center u-border-color-black a-font-theme-primary-xxs lrv-u-color-black lrv-u-text-transform-uppercase u-letter-spacing-0063 lrv-u-padding-t-050 u-padding-b-0375@tablet lrv-u-padding-b-050@mobile-max lrv-u-border-b-2\">\n<p>\t\tRelated Content<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tAt his trial, Combs, 55, was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-trial-verdict-1235375020\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-trial-verdict-1235375020\/\">acquitted of the more serious charges<\/a> of felony racketeering and the alleged sex trafficking of Ventura and another ex-girlfriend who testified under a pseudonym. His defense lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, said during his closing argument that Combs took responsibility for the allegations of domestic violence raised by Ventura. \u201cWe own it. It happened,\u201d Agnifilo told the panel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-diddy-combs-defense-closing-argument-1235373702\/\">on June 27<\/a>. \u201cIf he was charged with domestic violence, we wouldn\u2019t all be here having a trial, because he would have pled guilty \u2013 because he did that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tNash\u2019s lawsuit expands beyond his trial testimony to give detailed accounts of the instances where Combs allegedly sexually assaulted or battered him. He claims Combs exposed his penis and approached him during a party in 2013 or 2014, and then, about a year later, pinched his nipples without consent after cornering him in a bathroom in Las Vegas. He alleges that another time in August 2016, Combs \u201cforcibly\u201d grabbed his hand and forced it onto the mogul\u2019s penis while Combs was wearing only underwear and laughing. When Nash tried to walk away, he says, Combs grabbed his buttocks and stuck his tongue out in a sexual manner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tCombs purportedly grabbed Nash\u2019s buttocks again during a Bad Boy Reunion Tour party in Los Angeles in 2017, saying, \u201cYou need to be out there slangin\u2019 that dick baby,\u201d according to the lawsuit. \u201cMr. Nash jumped and was in shock because he felt Combs\u2019 fingers squeeze his butt,\u201d the filing states. Nash claims that in 2018, during a fitting with Ventura at a townhouse in New York City, Combs \u201cgrinded\u201d on Nash\u2019s genital area in a sexually charged way. \u201cThis is how I make love to my lady,\u201d Combs allegedly said at the time, leaving Nash feeling \u201cviolated and offended.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cCombs sexually assaulted Mr. Nash in this manner over and over for more than a decade,\u201d the lawsuit filed by lawyers Brett Schreiber, Meagan Verschueren, Katie Llamas, and Kristina Aiad-Toss alleges. The lawsuit claims Combs was \u201cobsessed\u201d with Nash\u2019s homosexuality, bringing it up constantly. \u201cDegrading comments about Mr. Nash\u2019s homosexuality were a way Combs manipulated and controlled him,\u201d it states. \u201cHe used it as a sword in [an] attempt to demean or belittle Mr. Nash as if being gay was something that Mr. Nash should be ashamed of \u2013 or that Mr. Nash was inferior because Mr. Nash did not conceal his sexuality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe lawsuit lists claims for human trafficking, assault, battery, sexual battery, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, gender violence, sexual orientation violence, and destructive discharge, meaning Combs allegedly created such toxic working conditions that Nash was forced to resign. It names several of Combs\u2019 companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Global, as co-defendants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cCombs used his power and threats of harm to compel Mr. Nash to do his bidding and prevent him from leaving defendants\u2019 control. Even after his employment ended, threats continued, and Mr. Nash has not felt safe, even to this day,\u201d the lawsuit states. \u201cThough defendants have silenced him for years, Mr. Nash is no longer willing to give in to this fear for his life and is now standing up to demand justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tCombs is currently in federal custody in New York, awaiting his sentencing on Oct. 3.
