{"id":48168,"date":"2025-10-02T18:45:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T18:45:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/musicianvoice.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/02\/50-cent-reacts-to-nicki-minaj-cardi-bs-vicious-spat\/"},"modified":"2025-10-02T18:45:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T18:45:53","slug":"50-cent-reacts-to-nicki-minaj-cardi-bs-vicious-spat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/musicianvoice.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/02\/50-cent-reacts-to-nicki-minaj-cardi-bs-vicious-spat\/","title":{"rendered":"50 Cent Reacts To Nicki Minaj &#038; Cardi B&#8217;s Vicious Spat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/artist\/50-cent\/\">50 Cent<\/a> may have been involved in a number of hip-hop\u2019s most notorious feuds, but surprisingly he\u2019s attempting to play peacemaker between <a href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/artist\/nicki-minaj\">Nicki Minaj<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/artist\/cardi-b\">Cardi B<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The long-simmering rivalry between the two female rap stars reignited earlier this week following the release of Cardi\u2019s new album <a class=\"underline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/news\/cardi-b-am-i-drama-female-rap-goat\/\"><em>Am I the Drama?<\/em><\/a>, resulting in a heated spat on social media.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the messy back-and-forth between his fellow New Yorkers, 50 wrote on Instagram on Thursday (October 2): \u201cI hope the girls stop fighting before things escalate. I read some of the shit they are saying to each other and this is not gonna end well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of Fif\u2019s followers joked in the comments section: \u201cIf 50 is the voice reason, you know it\u2019s dun got outta hand [laughing face emoji].\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DPUBgdkDXLX\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:640px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Nicki Minaj fired the first shots on Monday (September 29) when appeared to mock the discounted price of Cardi B\u2019s <em>Am I the Drama?<\/em> and dismissively referred to her as \u201cBarney B,\u201d even posting an edited photo of the Bronx rapper as the purple dinosaur.<\/p>\n<p>She also mocked Cardi\u2019s \u201cA-B-C-D-E-F-G\u201d rhyme scheme from <a class=\"underline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/news\/cardi-b-disses-bia-ice-spice-lil-uzi-vert-jt-am-i-drama\/\">\u201cMagnet,\u201d<\/a> tweeting: \u201cFalling off the charts wit a big belly. RUNNING TRAINS, barefoot, still smellyyyy. Still. you. could. not. outsell. meeeeee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cardi hit back by calling Nicki \u201cCocaine Barbie\u201d and jabbed her for selling less than her contemporaries such as Drake, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n<p>From there, the back-and-forth turned increasingly vicious and personal, with both women attacking each other\u2019s families, children, pregnancies, parenting skills and alleged drug use.<\/p>\n<p>Things eventually cooled down by Wednesday (October 1), with Cardi penning a lengthy (and ostensibly sincere) message to Nicki urging her to seek therapy to heal from her childhood trauma and curb her toxic behavior.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DPR-lDlDvEZ\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:640px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/artist\/ice-spice\">Ice Spice<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hiphopdx.com\/artist\/latto\">Latto<\/a> even became embroiled in the spat when Cardi B was heard shading her \u201cPut It On Da Floor Again\u201d collaborator in a leaked phone call with Ice\u2019s manager, James Rosemond Jr., allegedly from last summer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ma show y\u2019all, I\u2019m not Latto,\u201d Cardi allegedly warned in the audio. \u201cI\u2019ma beat [Ice Spice] the fuck up. I\u2019ma knock her the fuck out. All y\u2019all. I\u2019ma get Riot [USA] beat up by my n-ggas. Y\u2019all gonna see what the fuck is up. Y\u2019all think I\u2019m fucking pussy-ass Latto?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ice Spice seemingly responded by previewing a new song on social media containing some choice words for an unnamed rival.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShe might talk shit on the \u2018gram, but she won\u2019t talk shit to my face \/ Poser, she hear my song and copy everything I say \/ Like, what the fuck?
