During the TV show segment, White talked about what it was like to portray the Boss while Springsteen watched him on set, Springsteen talked about his upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/bruce-springsteen-unvaults-yet-another-mythic-album-electric-nebraska-listen-to-born-in-the-usa\/\"><em>Nebraska \u201982<\/em><\/a> box set with the long-rumored electric version of the album, and more. Watch it go down below.<\/p>\n<p><em>Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere<\/em> hits theaters on October 24. The film follows Springsteen during the creation of his 1982 album <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/bruce-springsteen-nebraska\/\"><em>Nebraska<\/em><\/a>. The movie also stars Jeremy Strong as Springsteen\u2019s manager; <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/marc-maron-to-play-nebraska-producer-chuck-plotkin-in-new-bruce-springsteen-biopic\/\">Marc Maron<\/a> as producer Chuck Plotkin; Johnny Cannizzaro as Steven Van Zandt; Paul Walter Hauser as guitar tech Mike Batlan; Stephen Graham as Bruce Springsteen\u2019s father, Doug; Odessa Young as a love interest name Faye; Gaby Hoffman as Springsteen\u2019s mother, Adele; and David Krumholtz as Columbia Records executive Al Teller.<\/p>\n<p>Long sought-after by fans, <em>Electric Nebraska<\/em> is the informal title of the album that Springsteen and the E Street Band recorded in 1982 from a collection of demos for his follow-up to <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/21306-the-ties-that-bind-the-river-collection\/\"><em>The River<\/em><\/a>.
