On Friday, hours after Swift released The Life of a Showgirl<\/a><\/em>, the rapper shared his excitement over the pop queen mentioning his name on \u201cRuin the Friendship,\u201d Track Xix on her new album.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201c@taylorswift shit is popping right now, she shout me out, she don\u2019t shout you out,\u201d 50 Cent wrote on Instagram, posting the album\u2019s cover to his Instagram feed. \u201cLOL THIS IS FOR BIG TIMERS ONLY!\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tHe added: \u201cWait I\u2019m the only shout out on the whole album.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tOn the song, Swift looks back on a teenage romance and the regret of not kissing someone despite knowing it would\u2019ve been worth the risk. \u201cAnd it was not an invitation\/But as the 50 C\u0435nt song played\/Should\u2019ve kissed you anyway,\u201d she sings on the track looking back at prom night. \u201cAnd it was not convenient, no\/Would\u2019ve been the best mistake\/Should\u2019ve kissed you anyway, hey.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tWhile Swift has not explained the meaning or inspiration behind the song \u201cRuin the Friendship,\u201d fans have speculated that the track is about a boy named Jeffrey Lang, whom Swift has spoken about being close to while they went to Hendersonville High School. Lang died at age 21 in November 2010.<\/p>\n
