Puth co-produced the album with BloodPop, best known for his work with Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Beyonc\u00e9, and more.\u00a0It marks the singer-songwriter\u2019s fourth album and first since 2022\u2019s\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/charlie-puth-charlie-album-review-1234605528\/\">Charlie<\/a><\/em>. While \u201cChanges\u201d will definitely appear on the record, a full track list hasn\u2019t been revealed yet, so it\u2019s unclear if the album will also feature some of Puth\u2019s other singles from the past few years, including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/charlie-puth-sabrina-carpenter-thats-not-how-this-works-short-film-1234706041\/\">\u201cThat\u2019s Not How This Works,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/charlie-puth-lipstick-single-1234808720\/\">\u201cLipstick,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/charlie-puth-taylor-swift-new-song-hero-1235026560\/\">\u201cHero.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tPuth sat down with host <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/jimmy-fallon\/\" id=\"auto-tag_jimmy-fallon\" data-tag=\"jimmy-fallon\">Jimmy Fallon<\/a> to discuss the album, as well as announcing becoming a father in the \u201cChanges\u201d music video and his \u201cProfessor Puth\u201d TikTok series. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cI didn\u2019t leave much up to the imagination there,\u201d Puth noted of the video. \u201d But yeah, we\u2019re expecting a baby in March. I\u2019m gonna be a dad. And I think by me naming the album \u2018Whatever\u2019s Clever,\u2019 to get really artist-y here, was a way to say goodbye to a former way of thinking about, like, \u2018Oh every song on this has to be perfect for radio.
