Luke Combs<\/a> is bringing his rollicking honky-tonk to Sin City next year.<\/p>\n On Wednesday (October 22), Combs announced plans to open a brand new location of his Nashville bar and entertainment venue, Category 10, in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n “We’re bringing the storm to the Strip! …\u00a0Live music. See below.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Luke Combs + Wife Nicole Are Expecting Baby No. 3<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n According to an official press release<\/a> from Luke Combs and Opry Entertainment Group, planned areas and experiences include Hurricane Hall, the main dining hall featuring multiple bars as well as a stage and dance floor; The Beautiful Crazy Women\u2019s Lounge, which will feature a champagne bar and vanity mirrors perfect for glamorous selfie-taking; The Still, an elevated bourbon bar featuring an outdoor patio space; and The Eye Rooftop, which will feature a DJ booth, dance floor, and bar with views of the glittering Las Vegas Strip below.<\/p>\n \u201cI am stoked about having a second Category 10 location in Las Vegas. 2026 was already going to be an awesome year, but this takes it to the next level. I can\u2019t wait for Bootleggers to have their own place to party on The Strip,\u201d Combs shares in the release.<\/p>\n Category 10\u2019s Vegas venture is just the latest expansion of country music in Sin City following the 2024 launch of Ole Red Las Vegas, which was opened in partnership with Blake Shelton<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Colin Reed, executive chairman of Opry Entertainment Group\u2019s parent company, the company is looking \u201cforward to bringing more country music experiences to the market.\u201d<\/p>\n The Las Vegas venue will mark the second location for Combs’ Category 10.<\/p>\n Category 10, Luke Combs’ genuine, mama-approved honky-tonk<\/a>, is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Tenn.<\/p>\n Inspired by his smash 2016 debut single “Hurricane,” Category 10 is a multi-purpose, multi-level entertainment complex featuring a live music venue, bar, restaurant, and line dancing.<\/p>\n The venue soft-launched in November 2025, which was followed by a grand opening celebration, including a sold-out concert from Combs himself, in April 2025.<\/p>\n A honky-tonk is a bar or dance hall known for its country music, dancing, and down-to-earth atmosphere. Originating in the American South and Southwest, especially states such as Texas and Tennessee, honky-tonks became gathering places for working-class folks looking for music, drinks, and fun in the late 1800s.<\/p>\n However, the term itself also refers to a style of country music that emerged in the 1940s and 1950s. Honky-tonk songs often tell stories of love, heartbreak, and working class struggle, while legendary artists such as Hank Williams<\/a> and Patsy Cline<\/a> helped popularize the down-home sound.<\/p>\n Luke Combs is ready to join the ranks of country artists who have opened their own bars in Nashville’s Broadway district. The honky-tonk will be called Category 10, playing off of his debut single “Hurricane.” Although true hurricanes are categorized no higher than a Category 5, Combs opted to double the intensity with a 10 ranking.
