\n\tAriana Grande<\/a> has fond memories of her music heroes supporting her career when she was just getting started. In an interview for Evan Ross Katz\u2019s Shut Up Evan<\/em> podcast, the pop star and Wicked<\/a><\/em> actress looked back on receiving co-signs from Beyonc\u00e9, Mariah Carey \u2014 and specifically, Madonna<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI\u2019m very lucky that my idols have been very kind to me\u2026 I remember Madonna immediately was very kind,\u201d Grande told Ross Katz. \u201cI think she was one of the first people to reach out and, like, give me a warm welcome, and it was just really cool. I was overwhelmed by it, because I love her so much.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tGrande and Madonna have built a sweet relationship over the years, with Grande even covering \u201cVogue\u201d on her Honeymoon Tour in 2015. Grande also performed \u201cMusic\u201d with Madonna at Miami\u2019s Raising Malawi event in 2016, and the pop icon later made a voice cameo in the music for \u201cGod Is A Woman.\u201d<\/p>\n
