Connie Britton<\/a> is getting her happy ending.<\/p>\n The Nashville<\/em> star, 58, is engaged to producer David Windsor after nearly six years together, People<\/em><\/a> confirmed.<\/p>\n The couple were photographed sharing a kiss at LAX on Friday (Oct. 24), with Britton sporting a diamond ring on that finger.<\/p>\n She hasn\u2019t made a formal announcement just yet \u2014 but the sparkle says plenty.<\/p>\n Britton and Windsor were first linked in 2019 after being set up at a friend\u2019s 50th birthday party.<\/p>\n Read More:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>See the Cast of \u2018Nashville\u2019 Then + Now [Pictures]<\/a><\/p>\n They didn\u2019t actually meet that night \u2014 \u201cseparate tables, whatever,\u201d Britton once joked \u2014 but Windsor reached out the very next day.<\/p>\n During a 2023 appearance on Radio Andy<\/em>, the Friday Night Lights<\/em> alum recalled the moment she first saw him.<\/p>\n \u201cI walked into the party and didn\u2019t know a soul. But I turned around and looked at who my friend was pointing to, and I was like, \u2018Oh yeah, I wanna meet him.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Britton opened up to Parade<\/em><\/a> about finding true love \u2014 and how she knew Windsor was the one.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat I was really looking for was a partnership where there\u2019s constant growth, on both sides,\u201d she said. \u201cI found somebody who I can walk on a journey with that is going to be constantly ever-changing.\u201d<\/p>\n The tv icon was previously married to John Britton from 1991 to 1995. In 2011, she adopted her son Yoby from Ethiopia and has often spoken about the joy of single motherhood.<\/p>\n Windsor, meanwhile, has children from a previous relationship \u2014 and by all accounts, their blended family is thriving.<\/p>\n Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married!
