Sony Pictures<\/a> has officially announced<\/a> more cast members of Sam Mendes\u2019 Beatles<\/a> movies<\/a>. As previously reported, Saoirse Ronan will play<\/a> Linda McCartney<\/a>. Meanwhile, Mia McKenna-Bruce will portray Ringo Starr<\/a>\u2019s late first wife, Maureen Starkey Tigrett; Sh\u014dgun<\/em>\u2019s Anna Sawai will take on the role of Yoko Ono<\/a>; and White Lotus<\/em> breakout Aimee Lou Wood will play Pattie Boyd, who was married to George Harrison<\/a> between 1966 and 1977.<\/p>\n Sony Pictures will release Mendes\u2019 four Beatles films in April 2028. Each one will focus on one of the four band members, and portraying the musicians<\/a> are: Harris Dickinson (as John Lennon<\/a>), Paul Mescal (as Paul McCartney<\/a>), Joseph Quinn (as George Harrison<\/a>), and Barry Keoghan (as Ringo Starr<\/a>).<\/p>\n According to Sony Pictures, announcements will be made soon about the actors portraying John Lennon\u2019s first wife, Cynthia; manager Brian Epstein; producer George Martin<\/a>; influential sitar virtuoso Ravi Shankar<\/a>; and other figures.<\/p>\n
