\n\tSean Combs<\/a> has been accused of allegedly assaulting a music producer after the accuser claimed Combs masturbated in front of him in February 2020 and then later forced him into a sexual act in March 2021, in a newly surfaced police report.<\/p>\n

\n\tPer a report from People<\/em><\/a>, the music producer \u2014 who filed a civil suit in July \u2014 filed a police incident report to the Largo, Florida police department, where he resides, in connection with the East Los Angeles Sheriff\u2019s station on Sept. 20. It claims that the incidents took place while working on a project collaboration with C.J. Wallace, the son of the late Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the police report, via People<\/em>, on Feb. 26, 2020 the victim and Combs were in a warehouse containing Notorious B.I.G.\u2019s clothing and while Combs was going through the racks he started to masturbate underneath one of the late rapper\u2019s shirts.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the civil lawsuit, Combs allegedly invited the John Doe to a private listening session for a Biggie project, where he claims he was forced to take ketamine before being taken to the warehouse.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[Victim] stated that Combs picked out clothing and set them down on the couch and eventually sat on the couch next to clothing when he received a phone call,\u201d the police report alleged. \u201c[Victim] continued to search through clothing when he heard what sounded like porn coming from where Combs was sitting.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe allegations in the police report continued: \u201c[Victim] expressed he tried to ignore it\u2026 but he then heard more noises, and when he looked, he could see Combs jerking himself off covering himself with one of Notorious B.I.G. that was next to him on the couch. [Victim] stated that Combs removed the shirt to uncover his penis and told [Victim] to come finish him off.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe victim said in the police report that he continued his business affiliation with Wallace following the Combs incident, but that the tenor of their partnership changed. He alleged that one of Wallace\u2019s other business collaborators, Willie Mac, \u201cbegan calling him a liar and threatened a lawsuit against him.\u201d In March 2021, per the report, the producer claims he met with both men to discuss their professional partnership in California.<\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, per the victim\u2019s police report, once he arrived at KandyPens residence in Hollywood Hills for a meeting, two other individuals allegedly \u201croughed him up and put something over his head and partially his eyes.\u201d The report claims he was then taken to another room and thrown on an ottoman. There, he allegedly recognized Combs\u2019 voice and saw the mogul\u2019s black custom Air Force One shoes. He alleged Combs was \u201cscreaming, cursing and calling him a snitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring the incident, per the report, Combs allegedly \u201cgrabbed [him] by the head using his hands and stuck his [Combs\u2019] penis inside of [victim\u2019s] mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[Victim] stated that he pulled away, but that Combs pulled his head back using his hands and stuck his penis inside of [victim\u2019s] mouth again and the cycle occurred approximately 3-4 times for approximately 3-4 seconds each time,\u201d the report claims. Following the incident, Wallace allegedly came in to assist the victim and \u201cfelt bad for him at the time.\u201d The music producer claimed to have suffered from depression and mental health issues after the incident.<\/p>\n

\n\tReps for the East Los Angeles Sheriff\u2019s Department could not provide further information to Rolling Stone<\/em> involving the incident report. Combs legal team and a rep for Wallace did not immediately return Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe news comes on the heels of another alleged victim, fashion designer Bryana Bongolan, amending her lawsuit<\/a> on Oct. 14. She claims Combs held her over the 17th floor balcony of Casandra \u201cCassie<\/a>\u201d Ventura\u2019s high-rise apartment during an alleged 2016 assault.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Thursday, Combs was transferred to the New Jersey federal prison FCI Fort Dix, As Rolling Stone <\/a><\/em>confirmed<\/a>. The move came after a federal judge\u00a0sentenced Combs to 50 months in prison<\/a>\u00a0following his\u00a0conviction on two counts<\/a>\u00a0of transporting his ex-girlfriends and male escorts across state lines for commercial sex. His\u00a0projected release date<\/a>\u00a0is May 8, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. <\/p>\n

\n\tCombs recently\u00a0filed his formal notice<\/a>\u00a0that he\u2019s appealing his conviction and sentence and his camp has also asked President Trump\u00a0to consider a pardon.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
