During her emotional upcoming interview with Fox News’ Jesse Watters, Charlie Kirk<\/a>‘s widow Erika shares an update on how her two young children are doing, nearly two months after his death<\/a>.<\/p>\n She says her oldest child\u00a0\u2014 a three-year-old daughter, whose name isn’t public\u00a0\u2014 still asks questions about where her dad is, and when she’ll see him again.<\/p>\n “My daughter continues to ask,” Erika Kirk says.<\/p>\n “But it’s really sweet because I keep explaining to her…I said, ‘If you ever wanna talk to daddy, just look up at the sky and start talking,'” she continues, her eyes filling with tears. “He can hear you.”<\/p>\n Read More<\/em>: Erika Kirk Honors Charlie Kirk on His First Heavenly Birthday<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Erika also says her daughter wonders when she’ll be able to see Kirk again.<\/p>\n “I said, ‘You know, Daddy’s in Heaven.’ And she goes, ‘You think I could go sometime?'” Erika recounts in the newest interview. “I said, ‘Baby, we will all go one day.'”<\/p>\n Erika Kirk’s full interview with Jesse Watters will air on Fox News on Wednesday (Nov. 5).<\/p>\n In the first days after his death, Erika acknowledged how tough it was to have conversations with her young daughter about what happened to her dad.<\/p>\n “What do you tell a three-year-old? She’s three,” she explained<\/a>. “I said, ‘Baby, daddy loves you so much. Don’t you worry. He’s on a work trip with Jesus so he can afford your blueberry budget.'”<\/p>\n Kirk’s family continues to remember his life and legacy.<\/p>\n Last week, Erika posted a video of her daughter riding in a car, pointing out posters featuring her dad’s image and saying his name.<\/p>\n “Her…saying your name, as she witnesses all you’ve built and continue to build, proves that love never dies, just changes form,” Erika wrote in the caption of her post.<\/p>\n “And as she grows up and continues to say your name, I’ll be reminding her that each time Heaven leans in to listen,” she continues.<\/p>\n Kirk was a father to a 3-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son.<\/p>\n Their daughter was born<\/a>\u00a0on Aug. 23, 2022. The family welcomed their second child, a boy, on May 14, 2024.<\/p>\n The couple chose not to reveal identifying details about their kids to the public. He addressed that in a June 2025 episode of his show<\/a>, saying, “We have a girl and a boy and it’s no one’s business what their names are or their faces.”<\/p>\n But they have shared some special moments from their family life.<\/p>\n A month before he died, Kirk and Erika celebrated their daughter’s third birthday.<\/p>\n Erika shared a social media post with some clips of the little girl’s life so far, and she also said her daughter was born following 48 hours of labor and an emergency c-section.<\/p>\n Back in May, Kirk posted a family photo to celebrate his son’s first birthday.<\/p>\n “He has brought an infinite amount of joy and laughter into our lives,” Kirk wrote in that post. “Being a parent is an incredible gift, made far better because I get to do it alongside [Erika Kirk].”<\/p>\n Following Kirk’s murder, his widow Erika Kirk was named CEO of his nonprofit, Turning Point USA.<\/p>\n According to\u00a0CNN<\/a>, the organization said that Kirk had previously made it clear that “this is what he wanted in the event of his death.”<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/em> Erika Kirk’s Full Speech Honoring Late Husband Charlie Kirk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Erika has vowed to continue her husband’s mission, as well as the American Comeback Tour Kirk was in the midst of at the time of his death.<\/p>\n According to Erika’s website<\/a>, she is a “driven social entrepreneur, passionate ministry leader and woman of deep faith.”<\/p>\n A former Miss Arizona USA, she is currently pursuing a doctorate in Biblical Studies at Liberty University. She is also the founder of two nonprofits and a faith-based clothing line called Proclaim, and she hosts a podcast.<\/p>\n According to\u00a0ABC News<\/a><\/em>, the couple began dating in 2018. They got engaged<\/a> in 2020 and married<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n Kirk was fatally shot at a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10. He was there as part of his American Comeback Tour.
